The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance of Puerto Rico acts as depository and administrator of the Puerto Rico Health Provider Credentials Portal, without directly intervening in the credentialing processes, which correspond to insurers and health service organizations pursuant to Law No. 73-2023 and the Puerto Rico Health Insurance Code.
