Any citizen may report irregularities in the use of public funds or that may represent the crime of fraud or acts of public corruption. Send an email to informa@oig.pr.gov or file your complaint through https://www.oig.pr.gov/informa. You may also contact the confidential line of the Office of the General  Inspector (OIG) at 787-679-7979. The whistleblower is protected by law against retaliation for filing a complaint.
